Description
Series of wall passes between players
P1 passes to P5 (1) and makes run to P2 (A)
P5 to P2 (2)
P2 back to P5 (3)
P2 runs to P3 (B)
P5 swivels and passes to P3 (4)
P3 to P5 (5)
P3 runs to P4 (C)
P5 to P4 (6)
P4 to P5 (7)
P4 runs to P1 (D)
P5 swivels and passes to P1 (8)
2/3 touch depending on level of players
Progressions
1. Make one touch mandatory
2. Add in extra player in middle of square, add in extra ball and mirror passing pattern
3. Make competitive: 2 teams of 5/6 players e.g. must complete 5 cycles etc

10x10/15x15/20x20 yard square (coach's discretion)
1 ball (keep spares available)
2-6 players per square (lines of 3 max)
Description
P1 passes to P2 diagonally (1)
P2 checks forward then behind cone to receive passo
P1 makes run (A) to adjacent corner
P2 plays a straight pass (2) and makes a run to adjacent corner (B)
P1 plays diagonal pass to opposite corner (3) and makes run to adjacent corner (C)
P2 receives, makes pass to adjacent corner (4) and then follows pass (D)
P3 & P4 repeat process
If done properly to a high standard should be two-touch maximum
Progressions
1. Repeat pattern in opposite direction (counter-clockwise)
2. Repeat both patterns using opposite foot (clockwise w/right foot, counter clockwise w/left foot)
3. Mandatory 1 touch only
4. Team competitions (2v2,3v3 etc) e.g 5 cycles round the square
