Session Objective : PASS AND MOVE !!!!!!
Organisation :-
>> Area 25x25 devide players into 4 different teams, giving them a ball per team, letting them pass their ball around the pitch wihtout hitting each others ball or bumbing into each other.
>> Progress this game by giving players a number and to pass in order, also limit amount of touches.
Coaching Points :-
>> Accuracy of passing.
>> Space and awareness.
>> Movement.
>> Good 1st touch.
>> Angles.

Session Objectives :- SHORT PASSING AND KEEP POSITION !!!!
Organisation :- 2 Grid size at 10x10 and one at 15x20.
>> One player from each of the 3 colours in the middle has to win the ball.
>> If he win the ball, the player who losses goes into the middle.
>> If the other 3 players can make 5 passes without loosing ball, they all shout and rotate.
>> Then every player moves around to the next grid.

CAN I GET IN A POSITION TO GET ON THE BALL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE !!!!
>> Set up a pitch approximately 30x50.
>> 10 players including 2 GK.
>> Divided 3 zones.
>> Supply of balls in each goals.
>> Players are restricted to the designated zones.
>> Practice start with, ball rolled out from GK.
>> Team in possession , look to play through from back to the thirds of the field.
>> Varying speed of attacking play & using good accuracy in passing.
>> One defender can push up into midfield zone to create 3v2 in.
Progression :-
>> One midfielder can push up to attacking zone to create 2v2.
>> All players are free play (no restriction).
Coaching Points :-
>>Strech opponenet end to end and side to side.
>> Angle & distacnce of support.
>>Appropriate speed of passing and inter-passing.
>> Accuracy of passing.
>> Individual body position.
>> Combination play, using minimal touches.
>>Changing tempo.
