2. Volley Shot (20 mins)
Finishing in the box-Volley shot- Light toss so player can strike the ball.
Right side use your right foot, left side side use your left foot. When striking the ball do not kill it and use the inside of your foot. Run into the ball and time your runs. must be near post to score a point, so you must focus on placement.

3. Header (20 mins)
Finishing in the box-Header shot- Light toss so player can strike the ball.
Run into the ball and time your runs. After about 10 pts switch to heading a cross to opposition corner. Must be near post to score a point, so you must focus on placement.

4v2 Finishing (20 mins)
4v2
Both middle players take one touch and take a uncontested shot on goal. After the 2nd person shoots the ball another ball will be put in to play by the coach and it will be 4 v 2 towards goal.

4v3
Middle player pass to the nine in the middle and takes an uncontested shot on goal. After the person shoots the ball another ball will be put in to play by the coach and it will be 4 v 2 towards goal.
