Attacking
Quick attacking transitions
- Balls begins with blue MF played in by the coach, has to play the AM or striker, can only play the Wingers in between the lines or over the top (progression)
- White defenders cannot defend in 18 yd box until ball goes in there. If they get the ball, they can score on pugs.
Keep score, there are two sets of blues and whites, its a competition, then switch sides.
