4v4 Plus goalie and 2 neutral players. Blue team looks to score with a first touch finish. Using the neutral players in wide positions to create crossing and finishing opportunities. Red try and win possession and score in small nets.
Blue team should draw the red team away from goal (passing to draw defence out) and then attack the wide areas quickly. This will mean that red team is running back towards their own goal trying to defend a cross. (much more difficult to defend running towards your goal)
Red teams focus is on quick transition when they win the ball and score on small nets
Switch roles of the teams every 5 minutes 4X5 sets. Keep score and make it a competition.
