GK Warm Up (30 mins)
1-12 set 4 cones up approx 1 foot apart. GK to fast feet between all 4 falling into a collapse save . Perform 3 low one side then the other, then 3 mid height 1 side then the other. Id throw these to ensure accuracy. remove cones after this drill
2- Throw 3 crosses in from each side forcing the GK to collect from different angles
3- With a bench player play a back pass back to mitch making him receive on the back foot and playing to the opposite side. do 10m passes each side from approx penalty spot distance then from just outside the 18
4- 10 good shots on goal. force mitch into saves but don't try and score. we are aiming to build confidence throw the warm up . Never finish with a poor pass or goal. Always transition to a new drill with a strong save or pass
5- Finish with 3 long goal kicks each side of the centre circle, then long/drop kicks wherever mitch likes.
