Explanation: 6v4 playing out from the back with opposition. Coach plays into the central defender then the blue team have to find the top player and score in the mini goals. Def players are shadow defence because of non contact. After first set, change the players around. At the beginning the def could be just passive to get used to the movement.
Size: 30x40
Timing: 2 x6 mins
Team Task: Can we manipulate the def and play through the top of the grid.
Key Points: Know when to penetrate vs possession, can we work and play off of triangles and movement into zones and spaces. Be patient on the ball and become familiar in playing in tight areas.
Progressions: Limit the touches, limit the zones for the def to work in.

Movement and support of the CDM, dont close space quickly allow ball to move and opposition to cchase ball down, receive in between
Attacking MF push up on and wider of CDM, receive advanced and face up if possible.Link with FB and striker to retain and develop possession to penetrate

Explanation: Finishing practise. Ball starts with the winger who plays it back to any of the central 3. Quick touch and shot. From there the opposite side play a one two for a cross. Mid 3 and opposite winger attack the ball.
Size: Final 3rd
Timing: 10 Mins
Team Task: Score goals, accuracy of delivery and finsihing.
Key Points: Movement of runs in the box, quality of finishing and delivery. Sharpness of the movement to lose a def.
Progressions: The crossing variation. Can turn and cross straight away, cut backs, combinations / Insert defenders for realism.

Explanation
The players combine in the area and make quick passes, linking up in the middle before playing the ball to the opposite side they received the ball from.We want this to be quick, crisp and of high standard.The players on the outside adjust their position all the time so players have to think about where to play the pass. The poles are use as reference points and players should move off them and play through them
