Set Up
Square area approx 35yds x 30yds. 4 gates in middle of each side approx 5 yds from edge of area.
3 teams of 4 players. 3 balls
Play
Each team is passing their own ball amongst themselves.
Coach calls out a colour (e.g. Blue). Blue team must them play 4v8 in attempt to dribble ball through a gate. Other balls are dead. Play until successful dribble or ball lost then restart.
3 sets of 3 mins.

Set Up
Small rectangular pitch with goals.
1 team identified as defending team (orange) and loicked into box 1 in each box.
Play
Wave practice 2v2. Blues attack oranges who are locked into boxes. Play until goal scored or ball out of play. Immediately restart with oranges attacking blues.
Play 2 minutes and change defending team. 3 rounds

Play
Before game team must choose which half is their house Can be attacking or defensive half. In your house you are allowed to tackle. If not in your house can only win the ball back by interception.

Play
Each player picks a direct opponent on the opposing team. You are only allowed to tackle your partner. If your partner scores you must touch both goal posts before rejoining game.
