Organisation
3 teams start in a 20m x 25m area (20m x 10m middle zone and two 20m x 7.5m end zones) with a team in each of the zones. Play will start with the coach serving the ball into one of the end zones. As soon as the ball is released by the coach one of the player's from the team in the middle zone can go into the possession team's end zone and try and win the ball. The possession team must make at least three passes before attempting a long pass to the team in the opposite end zone. The remaining player's in the middle zone will try and block and intercept the possession team's long pass attempts. If the pass successfully make it to the opposite end zone it is 1 point for that possession team and play continues with a new defender going into the new possession team's area. If the defending team intercept or win the ball they receive a point. Change teams over after a set amount of time.

Organisation
3 teams start in a 20m x 25m area (20m x 10m end zones and 20m x 5m middle zone) with a team start in each of the three zones. The team objective is to make a successful long range pass from one end zone to the other. Coach will start play by serving the ball into one of the teams in the end zone who will attempt to pass the ball to a player on the other team in the opposite end zone. Each player in the end zone must touch the ball at least once before attempting long pass. The same player can not attempt the long pass two times in a row. To start with the pass must be a pass along the ground. The team in the middle zone is the defending team and try to intercept the ball whilst remaining in the middle zone. The defending team must communicate and work together to block the channels. The two end zone teams work together to see how many times they can get the ball from one end zone to another in a set amount of time to score a point. When that time has expired defending team swaps with one of the end zone teams. If the ball goes out play restarts with the coach.
