1 each on front and back post.
1 in 6 yard pocket.
1 in the middle of 6yd line.
5 M2M.
1 on edge of box, on the side of the corner.
Coaching Points:
If ball is played directly in - be strong and aggressive to win 1st contact on the floor or in the air.
clear high and wide whenever possible.
do not give away a penalty.
If the corner is taken short - front 6yd pocket and edge of the box go to the ball.
front post fill 6yd pocket.
back post to front post.
When ball is cleared, close up to edge of the box to compress play and leave forwards off-side.
