GK on ground legs in front. Coach tosses ball side to side and over head for stretching and catching.
GK on Knees Same as Above
GK on Feet - Catch, then easy drop kicks to keeper and slowly increase pace of shots and place them wider and wider apart.

Starters Possession Game
Open touches. Pass and Move into space. Players off the ball checking in and out. Always moving.
Keys - Quality of passes, First Touch out of feet. Checking in and Out. Moving to space. Using the whole of the space.

rest of players lined up behind cone 7-10 yard away from first cone.
Player at Cone Checks away. First player in line passes and moves to get ready to receive a wall pass, and has 2 touches to shoot.
Passing player retrieves the ball. Shooting player takes the passing position.

Prog. 1 - Hand Ball - All players on the same team. Pass and move 1 sec. on the ball.
Keys - Everyone moves ALL the time. Jogging. NO walking.
- Not on the ball, Check-in/Check-out
- Move into space.
Prog. 2 - Ball on the ground. 2 touch. Same keys. Adding quality of the pass. First touch out of feet. DON'T KILL IT.
Prog. 3 - Add a second ball, and a 3rd and a 4th.
GK may work with a coach in and about this activity for awareness and their own warm up.
