Organisation:
- To set up for Passing, Receiving and Move out with the ball, have players in a group of 3 and 1 ball
- Ideally use 6 but it can be 8 players per square.
Activity:
- Player moves out of zone A passes ball to another player, then jogs to join the queue on Zone B
- Player receiving the pass controls the ball moves out of zone B, then makes another pass, jogs behind to join the queue on Zone A, and repeat continuously.
Variation:
- Inside of foot right & left
- Outside of foot right & left
- Increase the speed of the pass
Coaching Points:
- Passes should be crisp and accurate
- Passes should be made along the ground
- A quick change of pace should happen after the pass
- Players should call for the pass, and call out who they are passing to
- All players should constantly be on their toes, not standing flat footed.

Organisation:

- Have red player in the center of the setup.
- Group of 3 and 1 ball.
- Ideally use 6 but it can be 8 players per square.
Activity:
- Blue player passes the ball to red player in the center of the setup, then jogs to the center.
- Red player receiving the pass controls the ball, then turns and pass to the player waiting on the Zone B, jogs behind to join the queue on Zone B, and repeat continuously.
Variation:
- Limit to 2 touch, 1 touch to receive and 1 to pass.
- Increase the speed of the pass.
- Receive with one foot and pass with the other foot.
Coaching Points:
- Passes should be crisp and accurate.
- Passes should be made along the ground.
- A quick change of pace should happen after the pass.
- Players should call for the pass, and call out who they are passing to.
- All players should constantly be on their toes, not standing flat footed.
