Set up and equipment: 2 x 18 Yard Boxes(Example of size) Good supply of balls, 2 Big goals, cones and bibs set up as shown.
Explanation:
Teams play 4 v 4 + 2 GK'S with 2 bouncers set up the way your team is shooting.
Game rules: All restarts from GK'S,(No throw ins) team who scores is rewarded with a restart, ball goes out then team who would be in BP restarts from the GK.
Both teams play quick-fire combinations being creative in possession the objective is to find the bouncer who has 1 touch to play back into field before a goal is scored.
When out of possession, press to win the ball early as possible and create a counter attack.
Progressions:
Change bouncers every 2 minutes.
How to score/win: Goals from a bouncer are worth 2 points any other goal is worth 1 point. A counter attack goal from a bouncer is worth 3 points.
Variations: 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6
