SFA - SPEED FOWARD AGILITY/ REACTION TIME - 15"
ORGANIZATION
30 x 30 yrds grid(split into 10 x 10), agility ladder, 6 players per grid, or upon players numbers avaiability
poles, soccerf balls
DESCRIPTION
Two players at the poles as servers, playaers at the ladders will perform a serires of foot work agility, forward and lateraly, speed at the end of the ladder, shuffle right and receive the pass, shuffle to the opposite side receive and pass back, with two touches left foot to right foot and vice verse.
They will perform all series of receiving and passing back, after each sequence of the drill they will rotate the servers.

SPEED WITH DIRECTION CHANGE TO RECEIVE THE PASS - 15'
(CHANGING DIRECTIONS DURING THE GAME)
ORGANIZATION
4 cones, 4 players per grid, 30 x 30 grid split into 10 x 10 sections, soccerf balls, cones are set 3 to yards in between
DESCRIPTION
At the coaches command, player will speed(accelerate from cone 1 to cone 2 and imediatelly turn to receive the pass on cone 3. Every 10 seconds rotate the players, two touches upon each pass received
Players will perform all phases of receiving and passing back. every 10 seconds rotate the servers
PROGRESSION
1 touche receiving competinting against time.

SPEED TO GOAL/SPEED TO RECOVER THE BALL/ 1 V 1
ORGANIZATION
12 tall cones. vests, soccer balls, players split in groups of three or fours accordingle to numbers avaiability.
DESCRIPTION
At the coaches command, players will accelerate to the ball , the first player on the ball is the attacker, as the attacker get to the ball he will play direction change L/R without touch the ball, the defender must track the attacker as 1st defender
PROGRESSION
They will play 1 v 1 to goal, dribbling to the cones at the corner

30 X 30 yards grid, 3 pug goals, 10 players per grid
DESCRIPTION
Teams of 5, 2 wide player, 3 x 3 in a middle, unlimited touches, the ball must go outside prior to score

DESCRIPTION
at coaches command , player 1 will shuffle 1/2 step quick feet work, touch at the opposing cone and receive the pass and pass back, immediately shuffle back and touch the opposite cone and performe the same pass back, two touches, left to right and right to left, every 10 seconds rotate the players.
