Session Topic: Reactional Activation
- 9 or 12 squared areas depending on the number of players, split into two teams.
- Using bibs first, each player has a bib each & spare ones if the game goes on longer.
- Progress into dribbling & running with the ball, whilst holding the designated bib, placing the ball into the chosen area.
- An even further progression could be to work in pairs, one player comes out to receive pass, passes back and moves into an area that is free to place the ball in. If both teams go for the same area, it's the first to receive and stop the ball dead.
- First team to make three in a row, win.

Session Topic: Reactional Activation
- Attackers on the green cone, one ball between both players, defenders on the red cone.
- They both race around the goal, moving into the pitch between the pole and the far post.
- The attacker aims to pass in the goal the first time, the defender aims to intercept.
- One point for a goal from the attacker, if the defender intercepts and keeps the ball in play, it becomes a 1 vs 1.

Session Topic: Reactional Activation
- Two players working as defenders, protecting their own two goals.
- The attacking player in the middle starts between the two goals and is able to dribble.
- The attackers' aim is to deceive the defence and score one of the four goals.
- Positions are rotated, if players are waiting, a queue is formed and goes in order.

Pracice Topic: Reactional Activation
- Two players to meet in the middle opposite each over the centre cone.
- On the coach command they race to the colour as instructed.
- As soon as the command is given, the next two react to come together in the middle.
Progression
- Add a goal either side & a football in playing in the middle.
- Add other instructions, change, left leg, right leg, header & etc.

Session Topic: Reactional Activation
- One group of players to start off with the ball and a group to start without, rotating each time they finish.
- Both players come into the middle a couple of yards away from the mannequin.
- On the coach's command/ whistle, the coach either gives an instruction for which coloured cone or the player without the ball chooses which cone to go to.
- On the trigger, the defender without the ball touches that cone, at the same time, the attacker is to dribble outside of the opposite cone and make it through the gate that they are facing without being tackled.
- If the defender wins the ball, they aim to go through the opposite gate, without touching any equipment, play is to go on until a chosen time limit.
Progression
- The trigger to get in position is now when the ball is out of play, the time has been reached or a point has been awarded.
- The choice of the cone is completely up to the player defending, as well as when to go to that cone.

Practice Topic: Reactional Activation
- The players start in a line at a starting point, with the player at the back holding the ball.
- Once a player has given the player in front the ball over their head, they run to the front.
- This process carries on until they have all passed the finishing point.
- To begin with, the players start standing and progress onto sitting down.
