Defender passes to attacker hard but on the ground.
Defender cannot press attacker until they touch the ball.
The attacker runs at the defenders goal and tries to reach the opposite side.
If the defender wins the ball, they can counter and score.
Coaching Points:
Outside and inside of the foot only.
Encourage players to push the ball with the outside/laces of their foot when running.
If the players are not able to pass the ball to their opponent, just have the attacker start with the ball and run at the attacker.
Attackers MUST be moving forward at all times. No standing and waiting for the defender to make a move.
Our attackers MUST ATTACK space with pace.

3v2/Overload Game (depending on numbers)
Team with overload has space to attack because of the lack of defenders.
Attacker must do a scissor/step over, elastico (outside/inside), etc before scoring.
Outside/laces and inside of the foot only when dribbling, passing and shooting.
Coaching Points:
Players must go forward into space as much as possible at every opportunity.
Stop play if you see players on the ball standing with the ball waiting for the defender to make a move, tell the players that they must attack space quicker, then award possession to the other team. If a player stands while holding the ball, that is a "foul".
Go back to our principles: If we have space, dribble. If we have no space, pass.

Games to end the session.
Outside/laces and inside of the foot only when dribbling, passing and shooting.
Rotate teams if it is not competitive.
Coaching Points:
Players must go forward into space as much as possible at every opportunity. Absolutely no standing when in possession of the ball, always carry.
Go back to our principles: If we have space, dribble. If we have no space, pass.

Players start at the penalty box line and dribble to the half way line.
Going to the half way line they use the right foot.
Returning from the half way line they use the left foot.
Pattern is: scissor (step overs), outside, inside, repeat
