3. LB ignores pass sideways to No.8, instead playing direct into No.10 who sets 1st time with a bounce pass.
4. No.8 receives bounce on front foot and with no more than 2 touches on the ball, looks to play diagonal pass to opposite wide man in coned area. Drilled pass or floated pass.
5. LB as ball is played to opposite side, looks to make a forward run into box incase of any over hit crosses.
5. No.10 after bounce pass looks to spin and get into box, attacking back post.
5. No.8 proceeds after playing diagnol pass into box and looks to get on the end of cross at the front post after crossing over with No.10.

Increase difficulty
To increase difficulty and apply realism to the practice, you could replace the manequins and introduce defenders to apply passive pressure on midfield combination play and track runners into box where they would then look to win ball and defend the goal.
The defensive runs would replicate defending a counter attacking move and balls into the box.
Body positioning and pitch geography would be 2 key defensive principles to coach and work on in protecting the goalkeeper.
If defenders win possession they would look to play in coned areas on half way line.

Key Factors
This session is an intense session, brilliant for working on many different aspects of attacking play.
Technical:
It incorporates key technical elements such as ball striking, breaking line passes, 1 touch bounce passes, Diagonal drilled passes, Differentiating crosses and shooting.
Tactical:
It develops tactical understanding of player positioning, 3rd man running, Pattern play, support play, combinations to play out of tight areas and movement to receive the ball.
Physical:
There is a big physical output that incorporates endurance recovery and support runs, speed work in sprinting to penetrate box, agility and mobility for attackers to combine and key movement mechanics in ball striking, running, jumping, turning and changing direction.
Psy/Social:
The session although tough physically is still very enjoyable, players get to practice different ball striking techniques with an end product of scoring a goal. It is interactive in how the units work together, communicating and supporting one another to get into the box and get a shot off. The quicker players recover back to the start, the more shots, crosses, passes they will get out of the session, making the hard running worth it for many.
