The Gauntlet (10 mins)

Stage: Stage 1
Set Up:
Cones set up in a diaganal pattern. 50 yards long and 15 to 20 yards between each side. balls
Time:
10 mins (work for 1 minute then rest 30-60 seconds)
Organization:
Split the team into two groups. First group will be serving the balls on each cone of the gauntlet. Second group will be going through the gauntlet. On coaches go first player in line will run to the first cone and receive and pass the ball back, then sprint to the second cone until they finish the gauntlet and run back to the starting line. Second person in line goes when first person receives the ball from the second cone. Play for 1 minute then switch roles.
