Activity 1: 3 Section Dribbling 15 Min.
The grid is devided into 3 sections with each section having its own instructions, Section one bells, section 2 v's, section 3 toe taps.
On coaches comand, the players transition to the different sections where they will perform the task.
Progression: increase task difficluty and play from toe taps to keep away or kick the ball from the grid.

Activity 2: The Flag Game 15 Min.
In the grid place random flags, less than the number of players. The players will need to roam freely. On command, each player must go to a flag. The players without a flag must perform a task (bells, toe taps, etc etc)
Progression: remove flags or add a "move" when encountering a flag while dribbling.

Activity 3: Knock-out
In a grid, all players with a ball will dribble in space on command, each player will attempt to knock others' balls out while protecting his own. Last player with a ball wins the point.
Progression: divide players into teams with a neutral to help the team with a ball.

Activity 4: 2 Goals Numbers game w/ Neutral
Divide team into 2 groups to play 1v1 progress towards 5v5
Progression: add a neutral to play numbers up.

Warm-up (15 mins)
Warm-up: Red-light/Green-light
1. 5 minutes without ball, loosen up and get in the flow.
2. 10 minutes of game with a ball changing parts of the foot used to dribble (inside, outside, bottom)
Progression: dribble the ball with different parts of the foot when red-light is called, player must perfom a "move" (1 foot V, 2 foot V, triangle, etc. etc)
