Organization: 2 grids, 20 x 30, with even amount of players
Instructions:
1. Player A starts with ball as Player B checks to the middle, Player A makes a pass, Player B receives and plays to Player C. Players A,B and C then attack on Player D. Rotate clockwise.
Coaching Points: Proper passing and receiving technique, movement off ball to get into a good receiving position for next pass.

Organization: Split players evenly, attackers vs defenders, two goals for attacker, one for defenders
Instructions: Play starts with attacking team, 4 v 2, if defense wins the balls they can attack on opposite goal. 1 point for attacking team goal and 2 points for defending team goal. Rotate teams after 3-5 minutes.

1. Line running w/ dynamic stretches
2. 10 laps / 1 minute jump squats, sit-ups, push-ups (2 rounds)
Technical Warm-up:

1. Player A with ball dribbles to marker line before making pass to teammate in-line with them Player B, follow pass.
2. Player A starts with ball as Player B checks to the middle, Player A makes a pass, Player B receives and plays to Player C. Player C begins next phase as Player D checks to the middle.
