Activation Warm Up 1
Organisation:
- Players line up in two lines.
- Players approach large hurdles side on.
- Players move over large hurdles laterally one leg at a time.
- Complete circuit twice; x1 lead with L leg, x1 lead with R leg.

Activation Warm Up 2
Organisation:
- Players line up in two lines.
- Players approach large hurdles side on.
- Players move through the large hurdles laterally by moving infront and then behind each hurdle.
- Players immediately move onto speed circles, where they hop through each (on one - R - foot).
- Players jog back to start of the line and repeat at (as below):
- Players move through the large hurdles laterally by moving infront and behind each hurdle
- Players immediately move onto speed circles, where they hop through each (on other - L - foot)

Activation Warm Up 3
Organisation:
- Players line up in two lines
- Players approach cones side on
- 1. Players travel laterally through cones with 'fast feet'.
- 2. Players from both lines, meet partner, hold hands, lean back (in squat position) and travel laterally
through white pads together.
- 3. Players sprint 5 yards through poles at end of circuit
- 4. Players jog back to start but join opposite line to ensure 2nd circuit is leading with opposite leg

Activation Warm Up 4
Organisation:
- Players line up in two lines.
- Players approach cones side on.
- 1. Players travel laterally through cones with 'fast feet', moving infront of/behind each cone.
- 2. Players from both lines, meet partner, jump and 'challenge' for a header in between white
pads.
- 3. Players sprint 5 yards through poles at end of circuit.
- 4. Players jog back to start but join opposite line to ensure 2nd circuit is leading with opposite leg.
