9v9 game
Red Team (Coached) in a a 1-4-3-1 formation
Blue Team (Managed) in a 1-2-3-3 formation
Tapered field towards half way line with 2 small goals as shown for red team to work towards in possession
2 poles 25 yards from the goal line represent offside line for Blues
Shaded area - one blue player must remain in shaded area when team is in possession and behind the offside line space.
3X3 minute blocks

20 X 25 yard grid with a line splitting the field into 2
4 small goals in each corner as shown
Line splitting the middle of the field.
Balls placed behind each of the two end neutral players
4v4+3 exercise
3x3 minute Blocks
Explanation:
4v4+3 Exercise
Team in Blue (managed) - score points by connecting from one end white neutral to the opposite side.
Team in Red (Coached) - must prevent balls being played through, around or over. Score points by recovering possession and scoring on one of the 4 counter goals.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Team in blue score points by connecting from end neutral to end neutral.
Double points if they connect by using the central white neutral or split two blues during the possession moments
Team in red score points by recovering possession and scoring on one of the 4 counter goals. Double points is they score in the same half that the recover the ball from.
Possession will always restart with the blue team after a gola or point to help bring out the topic more regularly for the coached red team.
