Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Replace cones with tennis nets or an obstacle with height to work on chipped or lofted passes with the same setup. Moving back 5 yards when successful with 10 reps.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): 3v1 rondo. After completing 5 passes, must find teammate in a new zone. Two players will follow and a new defender will shift over to try to win the ball back. Play continues in this fashion until Blue can win the ball back and find teammates in a new zone. Then one red defender will move into zone of possession.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): open play but defending team can only have 2 players in attacking zone without the ball. This will promote the team in possession to complete the minimum number of passes (set by coach) before moving into attacking zone and going to goal. If they lose possession in attacking zone, 2 players must retreat to defensive side of field and blue will then need to complete passes before moving forward. If forward blue defenders win the ball then two teammates can immediately join them in the attack and go to goal.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Players begin 10 meters apart and attempt to pass between their cones focusing on proper technique, foot placement, and striking the ball. After a few minutes, if having success, players will increase their distances by 5 meter progressions.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: If players can complete 10 consecutive passes successfully, they move back a level, attempting to get to the finish line.
