Set-Up
Two teams, 7v4 +GK. The team of 7 are keeping possession, they must stay in their assigned areas. The team of four are attempting to win the ball, once they do they must try to score. Once possession is lost the team of 7 can move out of their area to try and win the ball, if they succeed in winning possession they must return to their areas.
Progressions - the team of 7 have 3 touch
- For every 10 passes, the team of 4 do 5 exercises. For every goal, the team of 7 do 5 exercises.
Coaching Points
- In Possession, always make yourself an option, keep moving into space.
- Minimise time on the ball, know your next pass.
- Communicate on pass
- Defend quickly, close the space, press the ball
- Out of possession, press together, block out passing lanes.

Set-Up
SSG, 3 teams, 1 team play with the team on the ball but are on the outside of the pitch. The game is directional, once you score a goal, you are immediately attempting to score in the opposite goal. The team that conceded then switch with the team on the outside. Progressions - Must make 10 passes before a goal can be scored.
Coaching Points
- Concentrate on keeping the ball rather than rushing to score.
- Pick the right moments to play forward.
- Use the neutral team often.
- Transition quickly from the outside to inside.
