Organization:
1.- A 20 x 20 yards area, set up as shown
2.- 12 players (1 ball per player)
3.- 10 cones
Instructions:
1.- First Player dribbles the ball up to the center cone, perform a Turning Step Over, and dribbles back to the starting position.
2.- Four players work at the same time.
3.- Player who is waiting on the starting point will perform same activity as soon as the first player has returned to the starting point.
4.- Control your approach to the center cone
5.- Change speed on the way back
6.- Perform same activity for certain amount of time, then we may switch exercise.
Coaching Points: Turning - Step Over
1.- Fake to play the ball with the inside of the foot, moving the foot around the front of the ball
2.- Plant that foot and pivot back in the opposite direction
3.- Take the ball away with the inside of the opposite foot
Progressions:
1.- Switch foot (right-left).
2.- First Player dribbles the ball up to the center cone, perform a Turning Step Over, and dribbles back to the group on the right side.

Instructions:
1. Player dribbles to 2nd tall cone
2. Perform a turning step over that leads back towards the goal where they started
3. Take a preparation touch and finish on goal
4. After shot go back to the back of the same line

1.- Ball control
2.- Dribbling at speed
3.- Control approach to the cone

2.- Player who is waiting on the opposite will perform same activity as soon as the first player has arrived to his side of the field.
3.- Perform same activity for certain amount of time, then we may switch exercise.
Coaching Points:
Running with the ball
1.- Positive first touch out of the feet
2.- Play with the laces of the foot closest to the ball
3.- Fewest number of touches to cover the distance quickly
4.- Run in a straight line
5.- Smaller touches as the space becomes less
Progressions:
1.- Switch foot (right-left).
2.- Two players work at the same time (one of each side), and perform the movement trained at that time.
3.- Due to a warm-up, we may perform some exercises so players will be able to use all surfaces of the foot, and get more sensitivity to the ball
