Triangle Take overs
Organization: Set up 4 to 5 traingles depending on number of players
Instructions: Have one player on each trangle and the rest with a ball, objetive of the activity is to find an avaible player inside a traingle and pass the ball than takover the space.
Coaching Points: Quality of the pass - Use the inside part of the foot - look up to see were is the avaible traingle
Progressions/Regressions:
-Add defender knocking balls
-at least 3 yards away from cone to pass
- Only take over if the ball goes inside triangle and making eye contact

4 Pass Condition Game
Instructions: Two teams face each other, team must connect 4 passes before scoring at the goal.
Coaching Points:
-movement off the ball
-Look for best player to pass
-End product (pass and move)
