- Players on the outside start with possession, trying to transfer the ball over through the defensive area. GK are able to use their hands to receive & transfer.
- The defensive pair in the middle work together, one to press and one to cover & track movement.
- Defenders are not allowed outside of their area, they try to force a mistake & intercept.
- Players change after 60 seconds, unless they win possession of the ball, they swap with the two attempting to pass & receive.

- Teams split into two, attackers & defending teams, with a GK in the standard goal.
- Two attacking players start halfway, within the centre circle and the two defenders start on either side of the goal.
- Both attacking players breakaway, and run wide past the mini-goals, where a pass is played into space by one of the two defenders.
- One defender presses the ball, whilst the other tracks the movement of the man off the ball.
- The attacking team have to make one pass at least before attacking the goal, where the GK is positioned.
- Play goes on, until out of play or a goal is scored by either team, which means the GK can look to play out if possession is with them.

- Players work in pairs, swapping the roles each attempt, both positioned opposite each other, with enough space to make a pass.
- The player with the ball plays a pass to the player opposite and presses straight away, leaving enough distance between them to dribble.
- For the player receiving, they aim to move the ball left & right to encourage the defender to change their body shape and angle, until they reach the starting point.
