orange team start play by passing forward to team mate. once pass is made, need to provide support and create 2v1 situation. receiver can either choose to dribble or pass to team mate to create scoring chances. 1st defender from blue team needs to press once orange receiver receive pass from passer. 2nd defender can only come and defend in red zone once 1st defender is beaten. blue team can score once they win the ball. change roles every 4mins. rotate team every 10 mins.
