Shuttles (20 mins)

Shuttles 

1) A carries ball to cone, turns and push passes to C

2) A leads wide to right cone and receives open-body pass back from C 

3) A passes to B and goes back to wait behind C. B carries ball to cone, turns and push passes to D

B then leads wide to right to receive ball back from D and passes to C then runs back to D

End Pitches (20 mins)

Outside Channels - 1v1

Defender passes the ball to the attacker, curved run to approach and force the attacker outside and to stay on strong stick side for tackle

If the attacker enters the scoring zone, free shot. If the defender wins it, dribble into opposite square

Middle Channel - 2v1

Defenders passes ball to either attacker and then tried to close down passing space

Attackers work on getting into scoring/receiving areas

Players must move as soon as they have passed the ball and cannot receive the ball back in the same place

Every 4 connected passes is a goal

Rotate teams every 5 minutes so they play next in the ladder

Players score by carrying ball into end square then turn around and attack the other square. 

Once in the square, player cannot be tackled

Rotate teams every 5 minutes so they play next in the ladder then swap pitches
