Warm up Part 2 (10 mins)
Organization: 10 players 10/12 balls 6/8 pug nets 4/6 cones
25m x30 m
Procedure: Each Player has a ball. Players look to dribble and find space to create the opportunity to score on any goal they want. Once they score they look to retrieve their ball. They must dribble into the middle square before they can look to score again and look to find a different target to score in.
Each Goal is worth a point. Can you score from distance using the correct technique?
Can you score in close using the correct technique?
The player with the most points win

Unopposed & Opposed 1 v1 Striking & Finishing (10-15min)
Organization: 1/4 Pitch 4 cones , balls
Pitch Parameters: Zone 4
PART 1: (Unopposed):
- Player dribbles to and around the cone anset for a shot on goal
- Rotation: goalie joins the line; shooter goes in net
PART 2: Opposed (1v1):
- 1st player in lines on both goal sides sprint to the cone and around it at the coaches call and look to be the first to receive the pass from the coach (who is passing from the goal line)
- Players to recieve and get a shot as soon as possoble before other player can do so

Shoot and Recover (15 mins)
Organization
- Create a 30 x 30 area (adjust accordingly)
- Split that area in two by adding a halfway line
- Place a goal at each end of the field (May bereal goal, may just be cones)
- Add a GK to each net
- Create two groups, one to the right of each goal
- Each player has a ball
Activity
- The first player in one of the lines will driveout past the halfway line and strike at the opposite net
- As soon as the strike has left the players foot thefirst player in the opposite line will attack the opposite end
- The original shooter will attempt to recover and stopthe shot on their own goal
- This pattern will continue with every player shootingand then attempting to stop the shot from the opposite player
Progression
- Adjust the distances to allow for more or lesssuccess depending on the speed of the pressure
- Competition, first team to 10 goals wins
In this activity we are looking for players to have lots of repetition of shooting at goal. We add a little pressure to the finish to make it realistic. In this activity can we ask the shooting player where they may look to put the ball in to the net and what effects this decision? What technique are they using? How do we generate power and accuracy? Do we need both? This should be a fun free flowing activity allowing the players to have plenty of shots on goal.

WarmUp Part 1 (10 mins)
WARM-UP 10MIN
As players arrive, have them join one of two games, it may be 1 v1, 2 v1 2 v 2 etc.
Objective: Players look to play to any teammate, once they make a pass they have to get out and around a net within 5 sec
Player Skill Set: short passing (part of the foot) driven pass (outside of the foot/Laces)
Organization: 18x20m grid, adjust to players needs.
Equipment: 6/8 Pug nets, balls, bibs/ cones.
