Me & My Ball

All players with a ball, moving around the circle

Coach shouts a number from 1-3, those numbers leave their balls and try to tackle the remaining three players and steal their balls. If the tacklers win a ball, they need to dribble it out of the circle. Last player with ball, wins. 

Game 1 & 2 P6

Bench Ball (8v8)

Get the ball to your Bench player to score a point

This releases the bench player and Turn And Burn to opposite end, replacing bench players on both sides

Jail Break

Aim is to be the team to release both your players from their squares first 

Once a player gets the ball in the square, they are released and must be replaced by another team member. Once all players have been released from the squares, that team wins. 

Numbers Game P7 (20 mins)

Numbers game with 2 GKs

2 teams A and B with both teams on the side

Coach calls out two number, 4 and 2 for example

4 players from team A and 2 from team B must run around the back of the goal and enter the playing area (teams to self organise)

Coach feeds the ball

Players play trying to score until coach stops the game with whistle

When the whistle blows players reset to the side of the pitch and await the next two numbers (3 and 1 for example)

Play 3 minute sets, stop and chat, review the score

Split grip shooting only (not hitting)

Note: Look to create an attacking advantage with overloads

Keep the score

Add challenges - players must use all players in their team before they score; if attacking team goes into contact, they lose possession
