Balls start in the middle with P1
P1 passes to P2 or P3 and runs behind whoever they pass to
P2/P3 passes to the next person and runs behind.
This continues until the players reach the top of the circle. Whoever has the ball at the top of the circle, shoots, with the other two in goal scoring positions (opposite post/stroke).
They can play two rebounds
To advance, add a player in there who is responsible for getting rebounds only. If they come up with the rebound before the attackers, the attackers need to do 5 burpies
