Very simple drill to use both feet .
Pass to wall. Open body to receive bounce back on back foot. Pass with front foot to other wall. Do not allow ball to stop. Repeat.
How many times can you do this 2 touch drill without losing control? Aim to get to 50
Rest for 1 minute then repeat drill do this 10 times
