Equipment: 8 cones per group. 2 balls per group.
Set up: 2 lines 20 yards apart. Place 3 cones in a straight line within the first 5 yards of each line and a far cone 20 yards beyond.
Activity: This drill has endless varients. You can start without the ball and have players do biomotor skills through or beside the first 3 cones (High knees, shuffles, carioca, bounds, power skips, cross over skips, etc) player would then sprint to and around the first cone and then sprint diagonally to the other line and repeat the opposite direction
2. Player dribbles through first 3 cones with precise ball control, accelerates to run with the ball towareds the first cone and completes a controlled turn and then accelerates again diagonally running with the ball to the neother line
Coaches can specify the use of right and left foot for each line.
*Progression #1 - High knees first three cones then sprint turn sprint to next 3 cones high knees sprint turn sprint back to start.
*Progression #2 - Left to right shuffles (Zig Zag) through cones then repeat sprint turn sequence
*Progression #3 - Add balls, close control dribble through cones, turning on the ball far cone and dribbling at speed to other line. Head up for oncoming traffic.

Equipment: Groups of 4-5 depending on #s. 5 cones per group, 1 ball per group
Setup: Place 2 cones beside each other 5 yards apart on each side of a 40 yard space with one cone directly in the centre of both gates.
Activity: 1 player works the middle while others pass. Passers waiting on the outside must shuffle side to side, outside of their cones until it is time to pass to the worker player in the middle. Player in the middle starts at the center cone, on the coach's command player will move 360 degrees around the center cone and then accelerate to an outside player to receive a pass. Middle player will receive pass and play back to passer, then accelerate back to middle cone and move 360 degrees around the cone before accelerating to receive a pass from the other outside player. Sequence continues until coach's command or until time is up. Have players compete for how many times they circle the middle coach. The 360 degree movements around the center cone can be biomotor movements, preferrably high knees, carioca, etc.
*Progression #1 - High knees around center cone / 2 touch passes
*Progression #2 - Right footed hops around center cone / 2 touch opposite feet passes
*Progression #3 - Left footed hops around center cone / Trap roll pass (i.e. trap with right across body roll with left back across body pass back right)
*Progression #4 - Push up walks around center cone / 1 touch passes
*Progression #5 - 3 burpees at center cone / 1 touch volleys

Equipment: 10 cones. supply of balls around the field, 11 players. 5 pinnies one colour and 1 neutral pinnie colour.
Setup: Create 2 rectangles (endzone) on each sideline 20 yards wide and 5 yards deep and 30 yards apart. Place an additional cone midway between the endzones on the pitch to mark playing area.
Objective: Neutral player always plays with team that has posession. Each team is given an attacking endzone. Team is to maintain posession by moving about the playing area between endzone and passing between teammates to reach their endzone. Players cannot dribble into their attacking endzone. In order to score, it must be via pass from a teammate into the endzone and player is to run onto the pass.
Progression 1: Add offsides
Progression 2: 4 pass maximum to endzone.

Setup: Place cones in a straight line. (A) is start point. (B) Ten yards out, (C) 15 and (D) 30 yards. Create as many lines of 4-5 players as necessary for the group
Activity: First player in line sprints to far cone D, rounds it and sprints back towards the line, second player will play a ball into first player, first player will receive and complete another loop around cones B-D with the ball, once the has entered the zone between the 2 centre cones (B & C -Shaded zone in diagram) they can pass the ball back to their line. The new first player will trap the ball dead and then begin their sprint to the far pole. Sequence repeats itself.
