Instructions:
four players or three on each team facing each other in a circule.
equal distance for each player to the center.
Shooting through the middle of the opposite players to score 2 point
shots must be below knee level to count
When the defending team stops the ball and prevent the ball to pass them they get one point
Coaching Points/Questions:
how can we put the defenders off balnce to decieve them?
When can we look up to see the bigger space between the defenders to shoot there?
when are we standing on the balls of our feet? answer, Always!

Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
Set the flat cones 10 feet apart and a few tall cones in the middle 15 feet away
every player has a ball
two players on each side will take turns
Instructions:
Dribble past the flat cone and shoot at target (tall cones)
Stay on the balls of the feet, small touches on the ball and laces for shooting
After shooting the players sprint to get their ball
For every tall cone struck the player gets 2 points
to reach the ball in 5 sec after taking a shot the player scores one point

Where does the chest and head should be positioned?
How can we stand tall when shooting ?
When can we look up to see the target before shooting?

Regression, shorter distance to the tall cones
