With a team mate - When your team mate passes you the ball they will call out a cone sequence (2 left or 1 right) you must then pass the ball into the target goal that has that cone value. Also use different coloured cone to help variety of the sequence being called out and the information your brain must process to solve the problem.
Your first touch must go past the second red cone. Big first touch into space, make sure you touch and move at the same time and it is one fluid movement, bend your knees, start moving before you receive the ball with little steps. This will make the fluid movement easier. Make sure you are constantly scanning, looking at the cones and the goals and the ball. Play a few passes back and forth to your team mate to get used to scanning every time the ball moves and then they can call out the sequence.

Turning Under Pressure (20 mins)
Turning Under Pressure
Working with a team mate that has a defending ILP. Set up 2 zones for you to get into.
Can you get from one zone to the other, keep working your way from ne end to the other until you lose the ball. When you get into the end zone you will be facing the wrong way and won't have much space to turn and get away from you opponent. If your opponent wins the ball they do the same and try and get into the end zones.
Make sure you get your arms out and feel for pressure, this will tell you where your team mate is and the side of your body they are applying the pressure, you will then be able to turn out the opposite way. Use different surfaces of your feet to turn and use feints and disguise to move your opponent.
once you have turned and have space to drive into make sure you have big explosive touches but keep the ball on your safe side.
