4v2+2 Over The River (25 mins)
Organization:
- 2 grids with Gap in middle.
- (2)10x16 grid split with 4 yard gap. Team in possession looks for 3rd man combinations.
- 2 min x 6 round. 15 min total
Instructions:
- 3 passes then can transfer across for 1pt
- 1 neutral can join, 1 must stay central zone
- If pass played to neutral in central zone, they can turn and play across whenever (1pt)
- Defending team can send 2 to press, if win ball they can score for 2pts or 1pt for first pass
- 2nd round defending team can send 3 to press and game becomes transition, can play to opposite possession team for 1pt
