One player from the white team can now go and press the blues put a bit of pressure on them. This might make it harder for the blues, but it leaves one less player in the middle for bigger gaps to penetrate through. If 2 whites leave the box they have a goal taken off

- Looking for triggers when to press (Bad touch, Bad pass, Negative body position)
- Communication on when to get back in so other player can press.

Blues start with the ball and have to try and pass it through the crowded red box to get a goal for the team. If unsuccessful and whites intercept the ball they can score in either of the mini goals on the outside. It's all unopposed so should be just interceptions only.
