Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
6 players in each field
4 players inside the box (3vs1)
1 vs 1 outside the box
2 small net
Instructions:
Game starts inside the box with 3 vs 1 (3 white attackers vs 1 blue defender)
After the first pass, players will try to find the attacker outisde the box. If they manage to pass to the attacker then 2 players will join and follow the pass to create (3 vs 1) situation and finish by scoring in either small net.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Quality of passing (timing, weight, accuracy)
Awareness of receiving player, when to move
Movement of the players to support
Regressions/Progressions:
Prog: Defender inside the box can join and support the other defender.
Prog: Only one player can join (the farthest from the ball) to create a 2 vs 1 situation
Reg: Bigger area for 3 vs 1
Reg: No offside
