Organisation
Two teams of 6 players each (GK included) to play a game on a pitch divided in 4 zones. In each of the central zone there should only be 1 player of each team.
Objectives
Find and use the 2v1 situations in a conditioned game.
Activity
Players who are defending (for both teams) should remain in their original zone, as opposed to attacking players can (and should) run across zones to support the attack and create the overload (2v1).
Once a goal is scored or the ball goes out of bounds, the teams should be given the time to setup the same situation every time.
