Organization: 1vs1. Defender passes to attacker to initiate. Point scored if attacker dribbles through defenders gate. Defender gets 2 points if they win ball and dribble through attackers gate
Coaches role: Encourage intensity and quick repetitions. motivate players to be creative and defenders to make it challenging. Paint a game related picture
Technical: Direction first touch when meeting the ball, ability to take space then slow down with closer control, cutting in both directions, skill moves
Tactical: Drag the defender in one direction to open up space
Social: Encouraging/communicating with team mates when waiting turn
Psychological: Bravery, risk taking, assertiveness
Physical: High intensity rounds, acceleration with the ball, making body contact, shielding

Organization: 2vs2/3vs3/4vs4. Players must dribble into the end zone and stop the ball to score a point
Coaches role: Maintain flow by having balls ready, encourage and highlight players going 1vs1. Paint a game related picture
Technical: Positive first touch, body shape to receive and attack, cutting in both directions, larger touches into space, closer touches when engaging defender
Tactical: Identifying 1vs1 moment, taking space, seeing space behind the defender

Ball Mastery (10 mins)
Organization: Players dribble around in a box. Score a point for kicking another plays ball out the box. 10 toe taps to return. 90 second rounds. Player with lowest points does lap of the box with ball at their feet. Set up mulitple boxes for once 10 kids are playing
Coaches role: Encourage intensity, get players to hunt one another down. Don't allow players to hide, get them to be assertive and take risks
Technical: Ball carrying technique "toe down", fast little touches, sharp turns, turning techniques to evade, use of both feet,
Tactical: Awareness "head on a swivel", spotting players in trouble, driving into space to escape
