Fox in The Box (Finishing Game)
Adjust depending on the amount of players.
In each there will be 2 attackers vs 1 defender. The attacking team is supported by players outside the grid. They may play the ball to them and they can help set up a scoring opportunity. If defending team wins the ball they may play the ball forward to their team to attack.
Coaching points:
Position body to face the net.
Be aware of the goalie position.
Part of foot to strike with (laces or inside foot)

Players will play a 3v3 game in a big goal.
2 players inside the box, and 1 player outside the box.
Players inside the box need to finish with inside part of foot.
Players outside the box can finish with laces.

Play 7v7 or 5v5 small sided game depending on numbers.

Physical Literacy
Players are doing dynamic movements around the grid.
They are throwing the ball to each other and doing rhymthic movements.
(Throw the ball, and then side shuffle, or hop on one leg, or do a log roll)
Progression: Players will volley the ball to each other (close range)

Part of Foot (Laces, or inside foot)
Locking Ankle
