Instructions:
1. Four activities. Perfomed twice.
2. One minute per turn.

Organization:
1. Each player gets an 8x8 yard box opposite a partner.
2. The front of the boxes are 30 yards apart.
3. One ball per group.
4. Working on three different passig techniques.
a. Low driven pass.
b. Lofted with back spin.
c. Lofted curling with topspin.
Instructions:
1. Teams of two. Player goal is to pass the ball in the air to their partner in the box.
2. One point if you land the pass in the box.
Coaching Points:
Low driven
1. Plant foot even with the ball.
2. Strike down through the top of the ball. Back spin.
3. Head down, eye on the ball when making contact with the ball.
4. Approach at an angle, foot side on, laces.
Lofted
1. Strike under the ball, bottom third of the ball. Back spin.
2. Approach at an angle, foot side on, laces.
3. Secon knuckle of plant foot even with the midde of the ball.

Organization:
1. Set up field as shown. Two cones set up 10 yards apart (can be moved further or closer depending on age and skill level)
2. Players form teams of two with one ball per group
3. Additional balls if needed
Instructions:
1. Player 1 from a team passes the ball to their teammate.
2. Player 2 has one touch to receive the ball with the instep of the foot and get it as close to the cone as possible.
3. Opposing team takes then takes their turn.
4. The team with the ball closest to the cone gains a point for their team. The team who wins the point plays the ball first in the next go.
5. Teams continue rotation until the allotted time has expired. Teams will then rotate grids to play a new team.
Coaching Points:
1. Receive with furthest foot from the ball
2. Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked
3. Angle ofapproach – center
4. Supportingfoot is next to the ball pointed at target
5. Headup observe your target
6. Contact ball - middle
7. Contact foot - inside
8. Follow through towards target with striking foot remaining open throughout
9. Bodyweight over the ball
Progressions:
1. Move the cone further away from each other.
2. Allow players to play a flighted ball.
3. R - Move players close to each other.
4. R - Allow players to have more than one touch when receiving the ball (2 touch max)

Instructions:
1. Loft ball over defense to score point. Teammate on other side must settle.
2. Play for two minutes. Switch teams inside.
Coaching Points:
1. Stirke the bottom of the ball, up.
2. Lean back
3. plant foot next to the ball.
4. Lock ankle.
