Play 3 min games counting passes and switch to team that hasn't been in yet. After all 3 teams have had their chance in middle the team that had the lowest amount of passes while defending does a forfeit.
Progression 1:
Every time a ball is won by the defending team, the team that lost the ball is now defending. Play 5 minute games.
Both drills can be done 1-2 touch maximum depending on the skill level.

W Passing (10 mins)
W Passing
Equipment needed: Pylons, 4-5 balls per group
Setup - you can setup in front of goal so they understand where it might happen on field. You can also start with the positional players on each cone so the team understands as well.
ie Logan = A, Annick = B, Melina = C, D = Kristen and E = Kristen
You can also flip the W so that the long run for player E goes into the end of the line of the other W. This does a little bit of fitness too.
Groups of 7-8 or more players, each pass is 12-15 yards away. Pass and follow, the last player receives and speed dribbles back to where the pattern started. Each player should be playing two touch, opening up with their first touch and using the same foot to play the pass
Progression 1
Progression 1 (right diagram)
A plays B; B uses 2 touches to open up and play C and then supports C; C Lays off to B; B clips a ball in the air to E; E settles one touch for D who is close in support; D plays a 1-2 to return ball to E who speed dribbles to A.
