Description

Passing Circle Warm Up / Activation exercise

Two groups if more than 5 in the session.

  • 1 Passes to 2 and follows the ball in.
  • 2 passes to 3 and follows ball out.
  • 3 then passes to 1 who has replaced 3 in the middle
  • The Game continues around the circle.
  • Can progress by asking more developed players to use one touch or developing feet, or get players to use alternate feet for controlling the ball and passing the ball.
