Go from the blue cone to red.
1. Pull right
2. Pull left
3. V drag left foot. Step with left foot to the blue then pull ball back changing direction to the right.
4. V drag right foot. Step with right foot to blue cone then pull back inside your body, change direction to the left.
5. Lifts. Pull from outside cone to lift over middle one. Enter left or right.
6. Spin. Bring ball to blue cone, stepping with right foot. Pivot around left foot and follow through with right foot. Keep stick and hands very low to thr groups for more control.
7. Pull to left around blue cone then backhand fift over red cones
8. Pull to right around blue cone then forehand lift over red cones
9. Pull left through gate. Control on the backhand when going through gate going forwards.
10. Pull right though gate. Control on the forehand when going through gate going forward.

Player 2 make a lead from blue cone up to red, open receiving. Bringing the ball across your body from the top red cone to the bottom one. Don't stop the ball, control and slow it down.
Then proceed to carry to ba,l to the 3 cones at the top of the circle. Pull from right to left, going through the small gate

Line up a few balls about 3-4 meter away from the blue starting cone.
Start on the blue cone, run up to the balls grab one and then carry it towards the top of the circle.
Pull the ball from left to right, finishing with a shot on goal.
When running to the ball, make sure body is in open position. Sideways stance, 1 foot to the ball and 1 foot to where you are going. Stick on left side of the body, reaching for the ball.
Don't piont 2 feet and full body towards the balls.
Start slow and speed things up once comfortable. Keep control of the ball and body. If you lose the ball, slow the whole thing down.
