Duration- 15mins
Organization- 15x15 grid have players inside the grid.
Instructions- Some of the players are the foxes and one player is the farmer. The players take a piny and place it in the back of their shorts so it looks like a tail.
They run around the area without a ball and the player chases them trying to get their tale.
If a player has their tale taken they become a farmer and they chase the other foxes around.
Progression- introduce a ball so that all players dribble around
with a ball while the player chases them still trying to steal their tale.
Coaching Points- Keeping the ball close to their feet.
Being aware of their surroundings.
Keeping their head up.

Duration- 15mins
Organization- 20x20 grid and 5x5 small squares.
Instructions- Players will be in the middle dribbling the around the square.
One player will be the tagger and will chase the players. Once a player is tag they
will have to go to any square and perform a skill move before returning to the game.
Progressions- Give the squares a set skill move. have the tagger use a ball.
Coaching Points- Change of direction.
Keep ball close to their feet.
Keep head up.
Be aware of your surroundings.

Organization- 2 grids 20x15
Instructions- Do small sided game 3v3 or 4v4 depending on numbers.
Coaching Points- How well the players dribble.
Keeping the ball close to their feet.
Keeping their head up.

Organization- As shown
Instructions- As soon as players arrive ask them if they know how to juggle. If they don't, show the correct way on how to do it.
For example if they are beginners they will start by dropping the ball and kick it under using their laces.
Repeat the sequence until they get comfortable.
Progression- Two kicks without the ball touching the floor. Tell players to use their thigh and laces. Throw the ball in the air and control with laces.
Coaching Points- Body movements, being on their toes, keeping their body straight.
