Set up: 12 players plus gk, balls, 2 small gates on edge of penalty area as shown. Two counter goals placed at around 30 yards out for defenders
Organisation: Coach plays the ball out to the attackers who look to score. Defenders, can attack on attackers first touch. If they win the ball, they try to score on one of the two small goals
