To start with the 4 reds will go as shown in the diagram, 4 blues in the bigger square and then 2 yellows in the bigger square. The yellows will act as defenders in this drill. The team of four in the middle have to keep the ball from the yellows and pass it through the small square. They can use both the outside players to pass the ball to and move into space. The target is to pass the ball into the players in the shaded area. After three minutes the red team swap with the blue and the 2 yellows swap with any 2. This happens 5 times so when on the outside it acts as a rest period.

Possession
The pitch is 30 yards x 25 yards and split into three separate zones (as shown in the diagram). In the middle zone, there will be a 4 v 4 with 2 neutrals on the outside of the zone. In the middle zone, there will be a 4 v 4. They'll have to get 5 passes before giving the ball to one of the neutral players. The player who passes it to the neutral player will then make a run towards one of the goals which they'll get the ball back and it'll be a 1 v 1 with the goalkeeper to try to score. Every 2 minutes they'll get a minute rest and the 2 neutral players will swap over.

Finding the Free Man
Possession
The square is 30yrds x 30 yards and consists of 12 players.
The square is divided into 4 spaces. The goal is for the players inside the box to find players without the ball outside of the box and play them. The idea is for them to find a free man. They cannot play to the same player they received the ball from. To make it harder we would add more players on the outside of the square.
