Organization: Large pylons set up on either side of the field, cone in the middle for the striker
Equipment: Balls, pylons, cones
Instructions: 15 mins- Split the team into 2 groups.
Defender passes to mid, mid dribbles and makes a move around the pylon. Striker moves into space toward the mid to receive a pass, then dribbles around the next pylon to finish on goal.
Players follower their passes, striker takes the ball back to the start.
Switch sides after 7-8 mins.

Organization: set up nets for a ssg
Equipment: Nets, pinnies, balls
Goals: Focus is on passing, and movement, into space.

Agility/ Passing (25 mins)
Organization: Two areas on the field, 15x20, or bigger as needed.
Equipment: Stn 1- Hurdles, cones, pylons and balls. 15m long x 10m wide, mirror for 2 groups.
Stn 2- cones for gates 3m inside and 9m outside, balls
Instructions:
Stn 1, 5mins- Players jog around the balls/cones doing their dynamic stretches while going to the next ball/ cone- high knees, side shuffles, lunges. Coach will call out the stretch while they are moving.
After a couple of minutes players take a ball and start dribbling, perform various moves based on the coaches command- toe taps, tic tocs, pull back, scissors, inside/outside touches.
Stn 2, 10 mins Start by having players passing static between the red cones, focusing on proper technique of taking two touches.
Progression: Receiving player moves to the left or right side for the pass, takes one touch toward the red cones and returns a pass to their partner who has moved into space. Have players move to both sides so they are receiving with both feet.
